Our Story
Wellness doesn't
need to be complicated.
We design simple tools for real women with real schedules — not the other way round.
It started with a busy schedule.
Not a grand vision. Not a business plan. Just a 37-year-old mum in Manchester, hunched over a laptop at 9pm, realising she hadn't stood up properly in six hours.
That was me. Three years ago, working from home, raising two kids, running on coffee and guilt about never making it to the gym. Long days at a laptop made everyday movement feel harder than it needed to. And every "wellness solution" I found online seemed designed for someone with two free hours and a disposable income.
I didn't need a £90/month membership. I didn't need a 6am bootcamp. I needed something I could do in the fifteen minutes between the school run and my first Zoom call — in my living room, in my pyjamas, without anyone watching.
So I started looking. And what I found was either overpriced, overcomplicated, or designed for 22-year-old fitness influencers with abs and lighting rigs. Nothing felt like it was made for me.

Meet the people behind Posimint.
A small, hands-on team with one shared brief: make everyday support feel more approachable.
We work closely across product curation, customer care and creative — listening carefully to the questions women ask before they buy and the details they notice after a product arrives.
That perspective keeps us practical. We look for clear instructions, comfortable materials and designs that make sense in a real home, not just in a product photo.

The gap nobody was filling.
Many women over 35 want to feel stronger and more comfortable in everyday life, but the fitness industry often makes movement feel intimidating, expensive or difficult to fit around a busy schedule.
I spoke with women across the UK — teachers, nurses, accountants, mums and carers. The story was often the same:
"I want to feel better in my body. I don't know where to start. Everything feels intimidating, expensive, or aimed at someone half my age."
The fitness industry sells transformation. But what these women actually wanted was maintenance. Not six-pack abs — more comfortable afternoons. Not a marathon — just energy to get through the afternoon. Not a lifestyle overhaul — just small, doable things that fit into a life already full.
"I don't want to be a fitness person.
I just want to stop feeling like crap."
That sentence became our founding brief. Every product decision since has been measured against it.

What we actually made.
A focused edit across home fitness, posture, everyday comfort and maternity support. No fluff. No 47-step routines. Just tools that solve real problems for women who don't have time for nonsense.
Home Fitness
Resistance bands that live next to your sofa. A Pilates bar that folds into a drawer. A yoga mat that fits in your handbag. Tools you'll actually use — because they're there, they're beautiful, and they don't demand an hour of your day.
Posture & Everyday Comfort
A posture corrector you can wear under a work blouse. A comfortable pillow you can use while you watch telly. A jawline exerciser you use for three minutes before bed. Small routines that fit naturally — without making wellness feel like a full-time job.
We test every product ourselves first. If it doesn't hold up in everyday home use — with real schedules, limited space and plenty of distractions — it doesn't make it to the shop. We look for practical products that earn their place in your routine.
Everyday routines, made visible.

These lifestyle visuals are illustrative customer-style scenes, not clinical demonstrations or customer testimonials.
Four things we refuse to compromise on.
Designed for real bodies
Designed for real bodies and real routines. We look for practical details that make products easier to use at home and in everyday life.
Beautiful enough to leave out
Thoughtful, home-friendly design. Tools you're happy to keep within reach — because you're more likely to use them when they fit naturally into your space.
Priced for real budgets
We aim to offer practical options across a range of budgets. No "investment pieces" or pressure to overhaul your lifestyle.
Built to last, not to toss
We look for reusable, practical designs and clear product information, so you can choose tools that suit your routine.

How we got here.
The everyday routine
Our founder's everyday routine reset. The first resistance band purchased from a Chinese factory. The first 3am Google Docs brainstorm.
200 conversations
Months of talking to women across the UK — in school car parks, on Facebook groups, at local workplaces. The brief crystallises: "not a fitness person, just want simple options that fit my day."
The first 12 products
Samples from 60+ factories. 48 rejected. 12 made the cut — each one tested by a panel of 15 women aged 35-58 for 30 days. Three products were pulled the week before launch.
The second collection
Posture & Everyday Comfort launches. We learn that posture and everyday comfort resonate strongly with women who want simple, manageable support.
A growing range. One promise.
posimint today: a small UK team, a carefully curated range, and an obsessive commitment to "does this fit a real woman's routine?" If the answer's no, we don't sell it.
"I built posimint because I needed it. I still use the tools that fit my own routines — not because I'm testing them, but because they make everyday movement feel more manageable."
Start small. Feel different.
You don't need a new routine. You need one tool that fits your life. Start with the one that calls to you.
